Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy aims to clarify the rights of clients and the procedures for cancellation or refund of services provided by OPTIVN, ensuring full transparency and fairness in all transactions between the Company and its clients.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all services provided by OPTIVN through its official website www.optivn.com, including:

Individual coaching and training sessions
Digital leadership programs
Professional and leadership assessments
Consulting and development services purchased online

This policy does not apply to any third-party products or services not directly provided by the Company.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients have the right to cancel a booked session or service at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the client is entitled to a 50% refund or the option to reschedule once at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no-shows, or cancellations after the start of the service are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@optivn.com, including the booking reference number or service details.

3. Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

The session or program was canceled by the Company for organizational reasons.
A verified technical issue prevented the delivery of the service after confirmation.
A payment error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge or transaction issue).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days or in accordance with bank processing times, starting from the date of the Company’s approval of the refund request.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, with no additional feesapplied.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

After attending a coaching or training session.
After purchasing or activating an online assessment link.
After downloading or accessing any digital programs or training materials.
After partially or fully receiving any consulting or customized development services.

This policy aims to protect intellectual property rights and ensure the quality and exclusivity of services delivered by OPTIVN.

5. Rescheduling and Modifications

Clients may request to reschedule a session once only, free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Any additional rescheduling requests will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the service value.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice and a mutually agreed alternative date.

6. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel or request a refund must send a formal request to info@optivn.com including:

Full name
Order or booking number
Reason for cancellation or refund
Bank account details or payment method used

OPTIVN’s management will review the request within 3 business days and provide a written response via email.

7. Disclaimer

The Company reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the terms stated in this policy.
OPTIVN is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
All financial transactions are subject to cybersecurity protocols and anti-fraud measures in accordance with industry standards.

8. Policy Amendments

OPTIVN reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the Website shall be deemed the valid and binding version.
Continued use of the Website or its services after any modification constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated policy.
